No. We have developed a new approach, which allows us to bypass CAD files completely and, at the same time, maintaining the analysis accuracy. However, some technical analysis steps benefit from the visualization of detailed design features.
The software itself requires “stl” (standard tessellation language) files. Thus, we provide numerous CAD file conversions including “step”, “prt”, “iges”, and “3mf” to “stl” together with our software partners.
Our desktop software can be installed remotely on-site. All data stays within your company to avoid data export control issues and data leakage. This is a good way to fully ensure data safety.
Many of our calculations are based on machine learning. All algorithms are tested and verified systematically before being applied in our software.
Our supply chain management analysis is done rapidly, approx. 10k stock keeping units (SKUs) within 30 seconds. The full process workflow analysis takes about 3 minutes for 100 SKUs, which allows the analysis of up to 50k SKUs a day (running on an average PC).
