We enable Additive Manufacturing (AM) service providers, AM platforms, and OEMs to speed up the adoption of new items for AM. Our "Identify (Spring '25)" version is now live.

Step 1: Identify.

Take advantage of our AI supported workflow, designed to efficiently sift through large volumes of data enabling you to focus on the most promising items within your portfolio.

Process extensive data volumes, starting either from a table of information (using a top-down approach) or from individual CAD files (adopting a bottom-up strategy).

In the top-down method, the initial step uses various data points to screen for the most promising AM business cases, after which CAD files can be uploaded for detailed assessment.

Step 2: Qualify.

Make smarter data-driven decisions by further analysing the economic viability of your best candidates and ensure that they can be manufactured through AM.

To guarantee reliable evaluations, every CAD file undergoes a thorough inspection for possible holes, non-manifold edges, and to confirm a positive volume.

To keep your data safe and ensure speedy calculations the CAD files are encrypted and downsampled to a propietary format and only stored locally within your browser.

Step 3: Order.

You can either export relevant digital parts for in-house production or order parts through our Jellypipe-operated platform, which supports over 100 AM materials, including both metals and polymers, and 13 AM technologies across Europe.

All commonly used AM processes are available at a competitive price-quality ratio including Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) Selective Laser Melting (SLM), Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Digital Light Processing (DLP).
